Ah, that's lovely when a national TV programme features your home town. Enjoy.

I did. She was doing some 'Sand Racing', sitting in a Go Kart and being 'driven' by a large kite I'll say this for her, she's a game girl. She even climbed Glastonbury Tor.

I can’t believe there is only one cheese maker left in Cheddar! But I looked them up and sent the link to my cheese loving friends. I don’t like cheese, apart from Wensleydale with cranberries, otherwise I’d have sent off for some myself.

She’s back!
Cruising to Norway in a two parter on Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st, at 9.00.
I think she took over this gig from Jane MacDonald so don’t know if it will be a usual standard Susan show (hope so).

I am really jealous of what she is able to do, travelling around all these places, meeting all these people; but I cannot drive, and so my holidays have had to be much more organized.

I will be watching. Love everything she does, though personally, in these times of Covid, I wouldn't want to risk being around too many people.

I started part one but I didn’t enjoy it. I was amazed, but think it is the format that did for me. So I’ve cancelled the second part.

I didn't like it as much as her UK-based trips - and I don't think she did either, as her jollity often looked a bit forced to me.

Series 3 starts on Friday (4th) at 8 pm.
She's back in the UK this time. The first one is a visit to the 'English Riviera', on the Devon coast. That's Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. I know these areas well, as my husband and I used to visit them quite often, in the 90's.

This has been a delight, so far. Yorkshire was the destination this week. 'Herriot Country'. She even met James Herriot's daughter, Rosie. Then it was Ripley Castle, and then met one of the original 'Calendar Girls', who was portrayed by Helen Mirren in the film. Susan seems on top form with this series. Looking forward to the rest of it. Next week she is back in her own country, Scotland.
