Saw the trailer the other night. Didn't recognize any of the actresses, but will give it a go.

I've watched both series and I really enjoy it. It's completely different to any thing else so you need to roll with it for the first one.

Is it in the “cozy murder mystery” genre?

Yes, very much so. It's also quite funny.

I’ll give it a go. I like the three actresses who are playing the aunts.

Good Saturday night viewing- however I may have missed the last 5 minutes.

I watched and quite enjoyed it. But it’s so determined to tick all the “Quirky” boxes, isn’t it? Still, I will persevere, as it’s light relief in my escape from Killing Eve.
That’s Juliet Stevenson narrating.

I quite enjoyed it. It had a light touch. I didn’t recognise Omid at first, because of the “rug”. My partner said he didn’t know if he liked it or not, but he would have to watch the next one. We were both a bit like that with Blackpool back in the noughties.

I was surprised that this wasn’t a self contained story, so is it just one case for the series? I too didn’t spot Omid.
I enjoyed it but did not enjoy the narration at all. I felt it was rather cloying. Also, the sisters were dominated by Cat so I don’t have much idea about who they all are as individuals. And who has a porch where you have to bend over double to get to the door? But I will be watching next week.
