In reply to Lone Wanderer Yes. Lu made him work for it though. Murray has just broken in the first game of the third set. They've just shown Viktor Troiki going into meltdown on court 17. No hawkeye on there. Umpire over ruled the call at matchpoint. Needless to say Troiki lost. He then ranted again at the umpire. Just like bad old days of McEnroe. Does anyone remember Jeff Tarango's missus walloping the umpire with her handbag?! I remember that we'll...The umpire was a frenchman called Bruno Rebeugh. I rather liked him  |

Looks like Konta is going out, Bouchard is playing brilliantly. She did; she was beaten 3-6 6-1 1-6 in the end. Bouchard is no slouch, having been as high as 5 in the world before having a really tough time of it last year. She seems to be returning to her best -- just at the wrong time for Konta. |

Saw this morning that Brown and Kyrgios are scheduled for 11.00. I had to go out but the weather was lovely so charged down the High Street, did my stuff, came out of the supermarket to RAIN! I am only down the road from the tennis so of course I got home to find play suspended. I am beginning to wonder if I will ever see this match! Have since been been watching some of the centenary of The Somme. I have been welling up and feel cast down now. Keep The Homes Fires Burning by the male voice choir rather did me in. |

Have they started yet? It is a bit brighter now, but so cold! I have just had to dig out a sweater and a pair of socks.
Are they going to have a People's Sunday to deal with the backlog? Any announcement yet?

Great match between kyrigios and Brown. The poor umpire is getting flak from both players.
Surprise result on Centre. Del Potro deserved the win after all he's been through. Three operations on his wrist.

I think he is vile. All that yelling and swearing at his corner during the match! I would tell him to s*d off and find himself another agent or whatever!
