I loveeee that song, but it was way too short. The powerful ending was missing.
It's not what I asked for Sometimes life just slips in through a back door And carves out a person and makes you believe it's all true And now I've got you And you're not what I asked for If I'm honest, I know I would give it all back For a chance to start over and rewrite an ending or two For the girl that I knew Who'll be reckless, just enough Who'll get hurt, but who learns how to toughen up When she's bruised and gets used by a man who can't love And then she'll get stuck And be scared of the life that's inside her Growing stronger each day 'til it finally reminds her To fight just a little, to bring back the fire in her eyes. That's been gone, but used to be mine. Used to be mine.
Jeremy Jordan does a good version for a male voice.

Wow, that magician was good. That'll be memorable, the audience seemed to like it.
I think it could be him, X, or Colin. I wasntwasn't as keen on those young magicians. When David spelt out Simon, they wrote it on the board but I was expecting a picture on the reverse to show they'd known all along.

We said here that X was someone we've seen before, but we were guessing Stephen Mulhurn was going to appear under the mask! Lol
X is going to win I think...or Colin...or grain man.

I think Colin will win it too. Imagine how much it would to mean to sing in front of the Queen. Really brought a lump to my throat!
I'm sure he has a plethora of grandchildren he could leave the money to, and that wouldn't worry me.

I think the staging of Colin is very good, but I don't like the song, I like the song, but I don't think it works for this, If I'd have preferred an older song. Smile or I'll Be Seeing You. But I think he stands a chance, it'd work very well at the Royal Variety.
I wish they'd do the results like the Stars In Your Eyes final when they'd have a results board with how many votes they'd received.

It was another great grand final, and with the reveal of X ,thought he might have pinched it.
Loved all the acts, the school, the comedienne, the comedian, all the magic, escapologist ,sIngers, the dancers, what is there not to like?
Just one thing,Susan Boyle should have sung alone,Michael Ball seemed to overpower her,and Diversity showed once again how far ahead they are of any other copycat dance combos.
l shall really miss this, but there is a best of show coming later in the year.

Great show with a lovely winner. I love Susan Boyle but Michael Ball did her no favours. Much better for her to sing on her own. The X reveal was great Totally agree about Diversity, there hasn't been another dance troop anywhere near their standard...and hasn't Perry grown.

I watched this and was really impressed with most of the acts. Little 6 year old Connie has blossomed into a lovely young woman, with a beautiful voice and I'm sure she has a real career in the making, not to mention song-writing. The spooky one from ? was a little odd, but suitably scary.
Happy with the two acts who went through to the final, although a bit surprised by the audience vote!

I really enjoyed this. The two acts who went through were terrific but I thought they were all good. I was surprised Paul Potts didn't come higher though.

I think he's been on a few programmes where he's revealed a bit of a snotty attitude so that may have put people off him.

I haven't watched it, but I know about and have admired the performances of Kseniya Simonova since she hit the news after winning Ukraine's Got Talent. She is a brilliant story-teller. From Ukraine. Here is her YouTube channel.
