I like the larger font size very much but, on a tablet, you can enlarge quite easily but can't reduce - unless you go portrait. So I can appreciate that for some it is awkward.
It would be lovely if a smaller font were available as an alternate forum theme in Settings.
I haven't voted because I won't be put off no matter what font is used!

Can't reduce on tablet and can't hold a tablet on portrait* for long as I don't have hands like shovels . Unusable for me at this size and you only get to view a miniscule amount of a whole page . Got an neadache trying to focus

Miranda, thank you for trying to sort this, to help some who can't read the smaller setting, but I hope another way can be found (if it set back to its original setting). For some reason, this page looks minute on a mobile! - so it seems very random. But mainly hopefully most people view on a PC or tablet?

I have hands like shovels, so that's OK 😁
But I agree with flea, and don't mind too much which size we end up with 😐

Ok, seeing as we have a lot of tablet users, I will put it all back (hopefully!) and then all those who find it too small will need to enlarge the screen in their individual settings.
It was worth a try and taught me how to do it!

Thanks for the chance to vote, Miranda. Personally I prefer the smaller option.

It should now be back to how it was. Let me know if you have a problem I can help with. Otherwise it's just a case of increasing the zoom in your individual settings.

To me this looks like a font between the large and small, so a HAPPY medium?Unless my eyes have gone funny with all the screen time this evening.

This is 12 pt. Which is usually a good compromise. Hopefully it suits the tablet users.

No worries. But don't ask me anything else tonight as I am now drinking a bottle of wine.....

I don't understand all this 'tablet' stuff, the bigger size just looked wrong on my computer. God, I hate the 21st century...
