A film retelling the story of the Iranian Embassy Siege starring... Jamie Bell, Abbie Cornish [she isn't that bad, playing Kate Adie], Mark Strong and Martin Shaw.

Was waiting for this to appear in the cinema, this past summer..... but it didn't, climate methinks - anyway, it is very good, highly recommended.

And it was! I remember watching the live coverage but it was good to get the background. There was documentary about it featuring the soldiers who took part so I was waiting for the grenade on the stairs. The film made it a bit more personal than it actually was though.

As for Kate Adie, Abbie Cornish didn't sound or look anything like her, IMO.
