The Goldbergs spin-off Schooled will receive its UK premiere on E4 on Wednesday March 6th at 8:30pm.
Schooled is set in 1990-something and follows the hilarious faculty of William Penn Academy, led by new music teacher and WP graduate Lainey Lewis, Principal Glascott, Coach Mellor and young, enthusiastic super-teacher Charlie Brown, or CB for short. Despite their eccentricities and crazy personal lives, these teachers are heroes to their students.
The comedy series, which was created by Adam F. Goldberg and Marc Firek, stars Tim Meadows, Bryan Callen, AJ Michalka and Brett Dier. It was originally piloted for the 2017-2018 season but failed to score a pick up. ABC then aired the pilot as part of the fifth season of The Goldbergs and after some slight re-tooling picked up the spin-off to series.
