Remembering they are paid a contract sum, not necessarily a fee per episode, it's not possible to directly compare earnings.  Not least his association with the show, adn the production company, goes back much further.  He is a bigger draw to it than she might well be (until Pru is established at least) plus we don't know what other commitments they may have, under their contracts.  Hers may well start and end with the recording of each episode, with one or two "extra", and some post production work.  He may have a lot more to do in terms of production and promotion. Etc, etc, etc.
