I'm sticking with the TV version. I can't have a dog of my own, so Cromwell the (toy) Corgi is joining me in my viewing!
Gundogs are what I'm looking forward to, mainly because we've always been a labrador family. However, maybe I'm being paranoid but I can't shake off a feeling the judges are prejudiced against labs...

Years ago, when I was working, one of my patients told me the Yorkie would win. He said it was well known who would win every year. He was right.

It all depends on who the judge is every year. Expect these 7 handlers who are on now know already who it will be.

Well done to the whippet, though it wouldn't be my choice. At least the Newfoundland got the popular vote. Utility, Pastoral and Gundog as the top three popular winners - says something about British tastes in dogs, I think! There's a gorgeous Newfoundland who frequents the pub I go to (with his owner, I hasten to add!)

I thought it would be the pointer or the scottie. They were all gorgeous and I didn't really mind which won....although as someone who has had border collies in the past, I was a bit biased towards Roo.
