Enjoyed it all. (The main acts, that is) Have recorded most of it so can watch it again. Good job they all seemed to have remembered their wellies this year!

I got a bit bored with Earth, Wind and Fire, to be honest. Am watching Adele, and she is fantastic - what a singer! (apart from the swearing, pfft).

He sure is! ---- Thanks for the link, enjoyed that. We did see Cyndi Lauper on the balcony, she was very good. Now wallowing in our recordings of all the main acts - there seemed to be a good atmosphere there this year.

Years ago I was in Vegas and went to see Cher whose support act was Cyndi Lauper. She was terrific and my friend said as far as he was concerned, we had had our money's worth just for her.

I must be getting old. Glastonbury, this year,is my idea of a nightmare. Festivals never did suit me though. I am very fussy about sanitation and I hate crowds. I don't mind watching it on TV,you can always switch it off when you've had enough. Oh dear,I do sound grumpy.

I have only ever been to one, not exactly a festival, but an event where loads of bands play. It was called Futurama and it was at Bingley Hall in Stafford. No food/drinks, locked in for hours, and not many bands! Pretty rubbish really, but we didn't have to camp in a muddy field.

Mind you, there were people there who had paid a lot to stay in comfort in special caravans and glam tents! I might be tempted......

Adele was great. I recorded it and fast-forwarded through the talking.

The campsite was on a hill so we always made sure we piched our tent at the top! Some tents at the bottom were quite often flooded out. It was always a good atmosphere though and we always enjoyed it despite the rain.
