The Tennant bit was very good. I hope we see him again, I assume we will as Sarah Hadland looks to be back next week and she was in the first episode.

I forgot about it  . For others in the same boat it's being repeated on Ch4 at 2.10 am tomorrow morning (Saturday). I've set my recorder for it and will try to remember it next week. |

I've been recording this, and have just watched two episodes together - still got one left to watch.
It's very funny, and super fast. Stephen Mangan is excellent, and it's fun seeing all the famous faces popping up in tiny cameo roles.

I'm finding it a little odd. It's a weird mix of funny and dark that doesn't always work, possibly because a lot of it is ad-libbed. When it works, it's really good but it's a bit of a curate's egg at the moment.

I have to say, it's tailed off for me after the first episode. It seems to have used up most of its ammo in the opening salvo - never been as funny since then, and certain characters / situations are being done to death.

Has it finished? I had it set for series record but another episode isn't showing in my recording schedule and I can't see it in the tv listings for the coming week.
It was a bit like the curate's egg but overall I've enjoyed it.

I didn't really take in the announcement until afterwards cos I was still shocked at what happened in the road! Much like Mangan's character, I think.
