Yes it was! The first half especially. One of the most entertaining halfs of rugby I've ever seen. The second half was good but not as much fun.

I gave up and watched the Scottish football cup game on bbc, couldn’t be bothered with the comments on the rugby. England are a good team without the need for the commentary getting carried away.

I'm glad Wales won as it felt like they wanted to play rugby, it looked like this was England's version of the match when you heard the players asking the referee what they could do when I think Italy wouldn't ruck. It was good that we could hear the crowd as well.

..England had no plan B when it became obvious the endless kicking and forfeiting of possession was not working in the second half....and what a delight Jonathan Davis is as a commentator...his enthusiasm for the game is infectious and not a hint of bias in his commentary despite being an avid Welshman....but I couldn't make out what Brian Moore was saying at all.....

England drop one place behind Wales in the world rankings to fourth after this defeat. Wales just wanted it more.

Well! That was a bit of a shock! Can't remember the last time Ireland played that badly. I'm half-Irish and even I didn't think they deserved that last minute try.
But Wales were brilliant again. They thoroughly deserve the Grand Slam.

The England Scotland match was brilliant - just a pity (from my point of view) that Scotland didn't win. Finn Russell man of the match - I wish he had been fit enough to play from the start

I haven't watched it yet! My fault for coming on the thread. TBH, I've barely watched any of the England games cos I get bored with the way England play. I might give it a go tomorrow.
