"Remember - we're Were Wolves - not Swear Wolves". Pleased to read that the werewolves appear in the next episode. Presumably just as well spoken....

Lovely episode with the were wolves.
"1...2 - we only have 3 silver bullets" "That is not enough for a whole wolf pack!" "It's worse than that. We don't have a gun"
The Energy Vampire versus the Emotional Vampire - I think every office has one.
The choice of weapon for the werewolf 1 on 1 fight....

I have now watched and enjoyed the film. But I just rewatched these first two episodes and think the Tv series is much funnier, and better acted. The woman reminds me of Noel Fielding!

Another 2 excellent episodes. Lazlo being captured - in bat form - and taken to the pound. And the night out with the Baron....

Am I the only one loving this? The Vampire Council, which consists of well known actors, was brilliant. Roll call
"Keifer? Is Keifer here? "He couldn't manage" "What about Brad?"
And cheers to Tilda Swinton, Wesley Snipes (he's only half a vampire!) and others for appearing as their vampiric selves.

2nd episode of this weeks double bill saw Nandor trying to get American citizenship. He reckoned this would be easy as he can hypnotise humans.
Unfortunately it does not work with "...government employees. It is like they have no souls".
As for the novice vampire.....oh dearie me.

You aren't alone, Bidie. I love this and think it is much funnier than the film which I caught on Amazon Prime. I was laughing out loud at the Vampire Council.... And the two sitting outside! Apart from the vampires I think Guillermo does a great job too. I dont know how it ends but, if not in disaster, I wonder if they will do a second series.

Yes - I liked the two in the waiting room. "We have been here for a 1000 years" "When did you come here?" "1932" "That is NOT a 1000 years!" The LED flaming torch. I think Guillermo is beginning to realise that familiars never actually get to be vampires....

I'm enjoying it. 🙂 There were some bits that felt repetitive from the film in the pilot, but it's settling in nicely now.
It was great to see the NZ vampires at the council meeting - shame Tom and Brad and Rob couldn't make it, lol. 😁

Excellent final 2 episodes - but I hope there will be more.
Nadia's failure to appreciate Lazlo's porn film career - from the first days of moving pictures.
"I don't think she could follow the plots..."
The familiar's rather disturbing discovery about his family DNA....
Nadia's eternal love who keeps losing his head.
How to host an orgy.
Trying to attend a funeral service held within a church.
"I have to go - I am on fire".

Second series??!!! I am amazed after the way it ended. But very pleased because I thought it was a great show and far better than the original film. And that certainly isn't always the case.
