Susan Calman would get my vote. Keeping (her own words) the short fat Lesbian theme.

I think Susan Calman would be a great replacement.

I like Davina. I know she's a bit Marmite but I always find her funny and likeable.

The 'i' newspaper suggests that possible replacements include Sara Pascoe, Jo Brand, Susan Calman and....Rylan Clark-Neal
Are they assuming Noel will leave too?

Noel was a pretty off the wall choice and he is great. I can imagine Matt being keen to help and supportive.

Up date from the production team. They will bring the programme back to it's original format with biscuit week, cake week, celebration cake etc. and cut out a lot of the Bolivian Week nonsense we've been getting. I do hope they cut down on the rounds like, 'Your favourite school incident' or "Your dream sequence' rubbish that we get.

Ah. Obviously the lack of viewers has become obvious. And the trashing they got for Mexico week last year.

There’s not going to be any “national weeks” any more. Hopefully a lot more baking and less weird themes!

Good!
Fewer silly remarks from Noel would help too

I don’t mind when they make an interesting but not ridiculous foreign cake in one of the rounds, but they took it too far last year.
