If you want some brainless fun, this is a good choice.
You won't know any of the slebs, but they are funny and there's a surprising amount of bad language. It is bleeped out but still .... Even Jeannie, who was dreamed of in the 60s, has a rude mouth.
The cooking is seriously bad. But the two chefs judging are pretty good. And they are not Gordon Ramsey. Much more supportive.
If you take it as a comedy rather than an competition, it's a fun hour.
