Even though it goes through many cast changes it still comes out as successful and riveting.

Season 13.... I am a little behind with recorded episode.
Q) Is the new agent , Matt Simmonds I believe, a robot android? He shows no character or emotion.. I can't get the measure of him at all.
Overall the newer agents have been much more stereotypical hunks from Hollywood casting in comparison with the more quirky characters of the past. The strong personally of Derek Morgan is, sadly no more.. The eccentric Dr Reid who had his place on brain power rather than physical prowess seems to be turning into one of the mold....
I have always enjoyed the show .....'tis a pity

I have always enjoyed the show .....'tis a pity But Derek Morgan was always there as the 'eye candy', the New characters are very pretty but hopefully once they have a few episodes behind them we'll learn a bit more about their background and character and they'll become a bit more rounded. Reid has always been the more academic in the department rather than down with the action, but he's always been good looking, maybe hidden behind geekier clothes, but Matthew Gray Gubler was a make model for Hilfiger and Marc Jacobs. |

Love this.  It has survived all the cast changes beautifully. Some of it is really violent, but very watchable. |

The long-running CBS crime drama's final season will consist of 10 episodes that will shoot this spring and air next season.
Criminal Minds will end its run with 324 total episodes, which is among the Top 20 shows of all time.
“It’s really bittersweet, but I’m so, so grateful to CBS for giving us this heads-up,” showrunner Erica Messer tells TVLine. “I think one of my biggest fears was always, ‘Oh man, what if we don’t know’ and then they just don’t bring back the show? But they respect this series and the cast and the crew and the fans enough to end this properly.”
Criminal Minds' 14th season finale is scheduled for Feb. 6. “It’s a really full episode,” says Messer, “and then we jump ahead in time, to kick off the final 10.” Messer adds that this season's final episodes will feature “a little more serialized storytelling," including “a bad guy that we meet toward the end of Season 14, who will be our main focus” in Season 15.

Oh bummer! Mind you I'm a couple of years behind as I watch it on Pick. I actually find it one of the most violent/scary shows on TV which is curious for a prime time US show!
