Saturday (30th) at 8.15pm
Alan Carr hosts shows from the past. Play Your Cards Right, Bullseye, Take your Pick to name but three. Celebrity couples are the contestants. Having seen the trailer a few times, think I'll give this a miss. I wasn't keen on the game shows in their original versions.

I like the idea but would prefer a different presenter.

I've seen the ads, and am rather fond of Alan Carr. I quite like the idea of several gameshow formats in one. I shall be watching.

I don't know. It seems expensive to make sets for single episodes and why does it have to be celebrities. Sorry, 'celebrities', it works better with ordinary folk, I didn't know that.
They've tried to remake Bullseye with Dave Spikey and it didn't work, it HAS to be Jim Bowen and preferably a panel beater from Sheffield...youll never see the professions from Bullseye on Pointless!
Alan Carr could probably get away with Take Your Pick and Strike It Lucky.

It was silly, funny, and flowed nicely along, with some new twists.
Next week it is Strike It Lucky, and it members of the audience partaking.

I really enjoyed this even though I thought I wouldn't. Glad to see Eamonn and Ruth win all the money. I am looking forward to next weeks.

I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't watch until halfway through, but enjoyed what I saw. Will watch next week. I'm a fan of Alan Carr.

I thought it was very good. I always liked that particular game show and I love Alan Carr. Martine McCutcheon always strikes me as a very nice lady.

Next week it is Strike It Lucky, and it members of the audience partaking. My brother said a tv mag says it's a celeb version so have checked on Radio Times website and they have it as Price Is Right with the audience. So none the wiser now. 🤔

Once you get into this ,you start playing along, shouting prices at the TV, it is addictive.
Next week ,Take Your Pick.
(I wonder if any of these shows will make a permanent comeback)

Enjoyed last night. Didn't Des O Connor do Take Your Pick back in the Nineties? I remember the original one with Michael Miles. I'm liking these shows better than I thought I would.

Play Your Cards Right is on again next Saturday (27th) but with non-celebs taking part. I've enjoyed the series, which has surprised me, as I wasn't a fan of the original shows.
