I'm back, went to get a drink and missed the kitchen step, went my length, nearly did the bloody splits. I'm fine, my knee is killing, but I'm sure it's fine!!
Anyway, I was still listening and it's seems to have gone a but flat for me. If you're not watching a lot of the songs sound very similar and more than a bit old fashioned or bonkers.
