I wouldn't be surprised. He must be held together with duct tape.

Drew Brees is out for at least 6 weeks. He requires surgery on his throwing hand.

I saw he'd hurt it but didn't realise it was that bad. Who's the back-up?

Cam Newton has just been compared with the "Queen of England", after appearing on the podium post-match, wearing a headscarf. People were really not impressed.
They are mostly angry because he is 0 and 2, and not playing to his full potential.

He's a weird one, Cam Newton. I don't know if it's attitude or personal problems or drugs or what, but there's something holding him back. He should be much better than he is. Maybe he'd be better if he was in a better team.

He's healthy? Good for him. I hope he does well cos he looked like he was going to be good when he first turned pro.

His performance is actually worse than having lost two games this season, it is that he has lost his last eight games. Some are saying that he is playing injured, but his head coach says not. The Rams had a problem with denying Todd Gurley was hurt (arthritis), and it became an issue for as long as they denied it. I think it is better to have it out in the open if it is true. But, Newton has his generally flamboyant attitude to deal with; it might be okay as long as he is winning, but people are looking at him and saying that he isn't taking his job seriously.

Another oldie might just have bitten the dust. Eli Manning is no longer the starting quarterback of the Giants and, unless Daniel Jones really flops, this will continue to be the case.

Really? Hmm... little bit surprised cos I didn't think the Giants were that bad. Bad, but not that bad.

However bad they were, it wasn't down to the quarterback. I think it is down to the front office not preparing properly.

Yeah, I agree. Maybe Eli has had enough.

His press conference was very on point for the team. He will stay around to mentor Daniel Jones. No (public) sounds of dissent.

I'm not surprised. He's been at the Giants for a very long time.
