Just started using this due to ongoing aeriel problems. It's a lot better than I was expecting. No adverts, which surprised me.

Adverts with the catch up programmes are variable sometimes one or two but usually none, just the bumpers.
Now you’re comfy with it you’ve got five and a half series of Takmaster to catch up with. Comfortably the best programme on UK television for the last few years.

No I haven't! Just the last couple of episodes. I've been watching that for years!
I have started watching Brokenwood Mysteries though. I never got into it when it was shown on TV.

I use UKTV Play (via Fire TV stick) mainly for the Yesterday channel back catalogue. It is one of the better players.

I agree! It's much better than the ITV one.

I've not long invested in a Firestick.I must say it's worth the money, (even without Prime) I have UKTV play but not got round to investigating it yet.

Is there a tv magazine that shows what’s on things like Amazon and Netflix? At the moment I rely on seeing something mentioned in the paper.

We have been watching UKTV Play for a while now. We have seen the entire series of Sharpe. I watched Martin Shaw in a couple of Adam Dalgleish dramas. Last evening we started on Catherine Cookson series. The first one was The Cinder Path but only got half way through as we didn't realise it is a feature length programme. It is enjoyable so far.

Yes it is. We have never watched Catherine Cookson stories before. It made a change from the endless detective/police series!
