Apparently Drama are going to be showing London's Burning from Sept. ☺ I loved the early years of this show. The later years, after about series 9 went into a soap opera, it did had Tristan Gimmel in it who's now in Corrie as Robert.

Rizzoli and isles 31st August based on the books of Tess gerritson, but like bones is nothing like the books. Easy watching, with Caitlin from NCIS and Angie harmon previously of law and order.

Oh excellent! I have seen this mentioned in the TV mags so will definitely give it a go.
I haven't read any of these books, but I agree about Bones. Apart from that word and the name Temperance Brennan, I fail to see what the series has to do with Kathy Reichs' books! And she is a producer!!

London's Burning starts today on Drama. 8am with a repeat at 3pm. It starts with the Jack Rosenthal tv movie/pilot. The movie/pilot is being shown in 2 parts, with the first part today and second part being shown tomorrow (Tues 19th) and the series proper starts on Wednesday. It'll star a young Jerome Flynn who didn't go into the main series.
Also Casualty is being shown at 9am. I don't understand why they didn't go right back to the first episode. They're showing The Bill and London's Burning from the start, it would have made sense to go back further with this show as well.
