This will confuse the Sporting Gods and could give us the result we really want.

Gosh, they are well matched aren't they? I suspect Leylah and Emma will meet in tournaments time and time again in the foreseeable future.
The fans are going to get their moneys worth with this match.
Excellent tribute to those who perished in 9/11 prior to the game starting.

WOW - Well done Emma!
To be fair to Leyla the score does not reflect the excellent play that we witnessed - but Emma was on course to win from the moment she took the first set.
Yes, the medical time out was unfortunate but if someone is bleeding ("blood injury") in any sport the action has to stop. (Or in a team sport, leave the field).
Well done to both ladies. Fantastic match.
