anybody watching? Who just murdered George Michael? Looked like Chris Martin, it was dire they would have been better just running a vid.

Channel hopping I came across it at the George Michael tribute and had to switch off hurriedly because it was toe curlingly embarrassingly bad.

I actually thought it was done very well, three people who have known him since they were teenagers and remained friends all that time. Not a big fan of Coldplay but Chris Martin sang well and the clips of George Michael were interspersed with some clips of Prince who helped him at the time he was having contract issues.
On the other hand Robbie Williams was just dire. Why not sing a few of the actual hits. I am biased I hate these sections where they give someone an Award Award for being around long enough.

Sorry I felt Chris Martin was struggling, the song was so far outside his range. Robbie Williams I switched off, another lacking vocal ability, who seems to do well. Dont get it.

I like Chris Martin doing Coldplay songs, maybe because they've been written for his vocal range, but when the video played of George Michael singing the song it showed how good a singer Michael was and Martin didn't quite have it.

Agree about Chris Martin. George on video outsang him. A moving tribute from Andrew, Pepsi and Shirley though.
Loved Bruno Mars and Emilie Sande. Glad Rag and Bone Man won an award. Great voice.
Like Ed Sheeran but not the (c)rapper who performed with him.
Am I the only one who thinks the way Little Mix dress sends out the wrong image to young girls. They look so tarty.
The tribute to those who passed away over the last year was moving as always.
Glad David Bowie won a couple of awards. A lovely tribute from his son.
Love him or hate him, Robbie Williams is a great entertainer. I like a lot of his songs including "I love my life" which he sang at the Brits, great singalong chorus.

If Little Mix want to dress like that, fair enough, but personally the clothes look a bit cheap and tacky. The onstage outfits will be a bit bling and in your face to stand out, but when they collected their award one of them had the whole side of her dress split, right past her thigh up past her waist so you could see she was wearing flesh coloured knickers *cough* if any at all *cough*.
Glad Michael C Hall and Bowies son were there. I hope Hall gets nominated for Lazarus at the Oliviers
