I enjoyed Theatre of Blood. It was very OTT, but it was a comedy. When I read the cast list, only Madeline Smith is still with us. Robert Morley in a pink suit, with two poodles under him arms was a sight to behold. Lovely to see the young Diana Rigg on our screens again.
Scream and Scream Again (for me) was a bit of a disappointment. Very 1960s, with jazzy music, and 'dolly' birds. Even Alfred Marks couldn't lighten the film for me. I think I saw Rita Tushingham in there too. I changed channels after about twenty minutes and watched Ghost Adventures.
Friday (4th) at 9 pm The Fall of the House of Usher (1960)
A man who believes his family is cursed, stops at nothing to prevent his sister's marriage. Visually gorgeous horror from director Roger Corman. Stars: Vincent Price, Mark Damon, and Myrna Fahey.

I recorded Theatre of Blood and will watch it later. It caught my eye earlier in the week when I was checking things to record as I vaguely remembered watching it many years ago after a friend recommended it. Is there something about a pound of flesh in it??

The Footage Detectives Sunday and Monday at 5 pm. With Mike Read, and the gentleman who runs Talking Pictures. People send in their home movies, and Mike asks the viewers for any info about them. Interviews the stars of yesteryear, and items about Stars of the past. An interesting item on yesterdays show was about the site Reel Streets.com it compares film locations with the modern view. They get a lot of feedback, with viewers writing in. I discovered this show while channel changing.
