A Murder is Announced - Middle Ground Theatre

Last week at the Jersey Opera House I went to a touring production by Middle Ground Theatre of Agatha Christie's A Murder Is Announced.  I've never read the book, though I daresay I've seen a TV adaptation; if so, luckily I didn't remember what happened!  A mostly good cast, although the actress playing Julia was a bit shouty.  Louise Jamieson took the role of Miss Marple.  She was very good in her way, but to be honest she wasn't the right choice.  She just doesn't look like a little old lady.  She doesn't look old at all, to be honest!
