The second series of Bad Move will premiere on Wednesday September 19th at 8pm. Great news thought it had disappeared without trace love the humour.

I was in the shop last week which is run by a very nice young couple. There is a cafe/tea room through the curtain where the man who is never seen but heard is supposed to be.We had breakfast, bacon sausage etc. which was very nice,I can recommend it,the same goes for the other cafe in the village. We stay in the village in a rented cottage which is just across the road from the shop,it has been in view a few times.

I loved the dry humour of this, like Rufus I thought this had disappeared so it’s a nice surprise.

Just as funny as the first series with all the quirky characters present and correct.

Yes, and new characters dropping in and out. We had Honest John - next week there's someone called Septic Len (do they have a septic tank at the property?).

It’s even funnier than the first series, every single character is perfect.

....a bit disappointing this week...the humour a little forced and contrived...hope it gets back on track in the next episode...

The whole thing about using the "perfect" neighbours' property and the curtailed holiday was very predictable - and is that even going to be referrred to in the next episode, or will it be like it never happened?
The septic tank business was extremely familiar though, because it happened to me - minus pumping it back in again, because either I had the cash or he took a cheque. After the pumping out I was advised to restart the system by chucking in a dead sheep (I'm not joking!). I had actually bought a set of rods, only to discover there was no blockage, simply that the tank was full. On the plus side, my rods came with a brush attachment, so I can also use them to sweep chimneys - on a strictly cash-only basis, naturally!

No more Bad Move, it's been cancelled by ITV....as has Birds of A Feather.
