Don't know if any of you watched this or not, but Sky One have decided not to order a second series of their mystery series Agatha Raisin.
Despite this, Acorn TV have stepped up to fully commission a second series for their streaming service in the United States.
At present there is no UK broadcaster attached for the second series. “When the UK broadcaster chose not to renew it, Acorn decided to step in and fully commission the show itself in-order to keep this terrific series going for our subscribers”, said Shane Murphy, Managing Director of Acorn Media Enterprises.

Yes I watched it and enjoyed it. Seems a shame we might not be able to see a second series.

I watched it and found it very enjoyable too.
I'm sure we'll get series 2 here on some channel at some point, as Acorn are aiming for distribution in "all English speaking territories".

Well we’ve come full circle with Agatha Raisin. Months after Sky One officially cancelled the series, prompting U.S. co-production partner Acorn TV to step up and fully commission a second season, Sky One has pre-bought the UK rights to the new season.  |

In the US, Acorn are apparently showing it as 3 separated full length (90 minute) episodes. The first, “Agatha Raisin and the Wizard of Evesham”, will be on 19 Nov 2018; the second, “Agatha Raisin and the Fairies of Fryfam”, on 24 Dec 2018, and the third, “Agatha Raisin and the Curious Curate" in late January 2019. Sky may want to (or have to) wait until after this before airing any here.

No we haven't. Geektown is saying not till summer.
Based on 4 novels: Agatha Raisin & the Haunted House, Agatha Raisin & the Deadly Dance, Agatha Raisin & the Love from Hell and Agatha Raisin & the Pig That Turned. In the US each will be shown as one 90-minute episode; other countries including UK might choose to split each story into 2 parts.

The second series of Agatha Raisin will receive its UK premiere on Sky One on Friday July 12th at 9pm with a double-bill.
