This was terrific. Salieri was played by Lucian Msamati who is the grandfather in Kiri. Mozart was played by Adam Gillen who was apparently in Benidorm. They were both terrific and I even welled up at the end. The musicians and singers sort of strolled about so the staging was very fluid and there was a big standing ovation at the end. Great stuff.
Considering you virtually have to donate a kidney to see Mr Breaking Bad in Network and the Rory Kinnear Macbeth tickets are restricted to 4 for a group, this was a fabulous trip for our group of about 15.
