Can we reference films on this board? I don't want to post in the Interests board as it is an alert for a transmission.
Well anyway, this is on C4 at 6.15 on Sunday 17th July. I have never seen the film nor the musical so am quite looking forward to it.

Yes I enjoyed that. Jeremy Irons was the best one in it, IMHO.

First time we had seen it too .. .quite enjoyed it .. the only voice I recognized was Rowan Atkinson

Whoopi Goldberg was in there, weirdly one of the nasty hyenas.
And James Earl Jones was Mufasa.

Simple plot but well done
I had to laugh tho ...all those animals came back at the end only to end up being eaten by the King and his family !!!
