Paramount are launching a new freeview channel in the UK on 4th July. There's mention in the article of Suits, Designated Surviour, Will & Grace, The Mick and blockbuster movies, although the ones mentioned are a few years old. But it looks like it could be a good addition to freeview as some of the high up channels I barely watch. Yours seems to always be either Bones or Castle, and some of the other channels just show nothing but Law & Order and/or NCIS, if they're showing the the same programme all day and it's not your thing it's a waste of a channel, I wish they'd show one episode and then something else. variety.com/2018/tv/global/viacom-paramount-network-uk-1202837211/

It is on Channel 57, the old Spike +1 which must be disappearing then. This is one of the channels on UHF55 which , along with the channels.in UHF56, come and go on my TV thanks to this squeezing of the bandwidth to accommodate 5G telephony. Well that is what is happening in London at least. Is it part of the 5 family I wonder? If so it might be on the My5 iplayer as well. I fancy catching the last Suits episodes and Designated Survivor.
I expect it will mean another refund of the Tv and Humax (losing all the series links!). I have to check on the day that I actually have all the channels before I can retune!

Retuned tonight and have got it (I live in the north west of England). I think it's part of the 5 family, it's got Home & Away and Access. Fairly underwhelmed so far.

I've retuned and got it too (London) and luckily channel 57has moved from bundle 55 to the more reliable 25 so it shouldn't vanish like some channels do! I watched Agent Carter but didn't like it so won't bother with it. But I shall watch Suits next week and hopefully it hasn't already been on Dave.

We have watched a few series but the one that has really got us hooked is Sleepy Hollow ... Ichabod Crane in 21st century US, fighting evil with the help of another Witness. So far really keeping us enthralled ... but I have been checking future episodes on IBDM (or whatever that site ir called) and cheat to see what happens next ... not told OH, but not sure I like the way it is going, we will see! Ichabod is played by an English stage actor who makes it worth watching

Loved Sleepy Hollow. Although the first two series was aired, hopefully the other seasons will be shown. Really creepy at times. Although I've not heard of the actors, they told a good story.

Interview With A Vampire (1994)
Tomorrow, (Sunday 27th) at 9pm. Adaption of an Ann Rice novel. Stars Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, Kirsten Dunst and Antonio Banderas. Saw this a few years ago, so think I'll watch it again.

I think Kirsten Dunst was the scariest vampire of the lot in this film and she was just a wee tot! Like a little ceramic doll but sent chills up your spine with those eyes and when she bared her fangs.

The Hills Have Eyes, tonight at 10.55pm. (2006)
Stars Aaron Stanford. A family fall victim to a murderous clan of mutants after breaking down in the desert. Several films were made in the 'Hills' series. I suppose if you watch one, you've seen the lot, as plotlines go. I've seen several of them.
