Paramount (which is part of the Channel 5 family) is moving to channel 31 on Tuesday to replace 5Spike which is closing. It may well mean a retune. (I think it also means that Paramount will host the old Spike programmes rather than its own existing shows which will go to other 5 channels.)

On channel 50 Sony Movies Christmas becomes Sony Movies Classic, and ,amongst other changes, 5USA+1 moves to 58.

Sony Movies Classic sounds intriguing, but I'm guessing they'll class 2014 as classic! But we'll see. Talking Movies is my go to channel now, so hopefully that channel will be similar or cover some of the 70s and 80s classics, Network, Kramer vs Kramer etc.
