Anyone think that Joe is about to be killed off? and Eddie will blame himself for the water incident.
Joe is such an ungrateful curmudgeon. Living rent free for months at Grange Farm isn't good enough for him. Did he expect Caroline to just let them stay for ever?

Dee, I can hardly bear to listen to the Grundy scenes these days. The disgusting way they are repaying Oliver and Caroline for their generous lending of their home, especially after the way Eddie and Joe got money out of them for Joe's fall. I reckon Joe was drunk in that incident! Oh, my dander is up now!!!!!! And I cannot work out if the seriously laboured comedy scenes (which always involve scamming some poor soul) are supposed to endear these vile characters to us. The SWs are seriously missing the mark if so!
It does seem as if a demise is being sign-posted, yes. Then Joe can die in his own home..... Oh, wait a minute....

Now it turns out that dropping Anna a hint about the 'sab' assault might have been the best move for Shula, rather than a straight confession. At least, I still can't believe that how Rob behaved on that day can have no 'relevance' to his treatment of Helen.

I think he's just getting a bit antsy about 'his' character witnesses.
Sadly, instead of Jess feeling galvanised to dish the dirt on Rob, as she seemed happy to do in the past, she's retreated instead. In a properly written drama, I might think she'll 'come through' in the eleventh hour, but in SOC-world, damp squids abound...

It's all very silly. Do the writers expect us to be shocked to find out that Anna is gay? The subject's come up again on the Facebook page, and Alexandra Sherwin has said that 'Isobel Middleton, who plays Anna, has a wife'. So it's a fairly safe bet that this is where they're going. I for one intend not to let the programme makers forget how juvenile this disingenuity appears. |

My new theory is that 'Max' is transgender. It's that, or someone who refuses to let people address 'Max' using gender specific pronouns, even in the absense of 'Max', because the tentacles know all... Or perhaps a sentient robot. Which makes more sense?

Well as there was a reference to divorce on Friday, I reckon Max is a man. You do not get a divorce after a civil partnership and gay marriage hasn't been in all that long so that seems unlikely to me.

Gay marriage can't be entirely ruled out, either, but heaven knows what rules apply to transgender people. I doubt they're forbidden to marry.
