Cheat will premiere on ITV on Monday March 11th at 9pm and will then air daily in the same time-slot.
Cheat explores the dangerous relationship between university professor Leah, and her student Rose.
What begins as a seemingly open and shut case of academic deception, quickly spirals out of control, ending in fatal consequences, and triggering a devastating sequence of events that threaten to engulf them both.
The four-part drama stars Katherine Kelly, Molly Windsor, Tom Goodman-Hill, Lorraine Ashbourne, Peter Firth and Adrian Edmondson.

I'm really enjoying this. I was so tense when Leah had a look round Rose's room. And then the idiot husband blunders into the pub and, even bigger idiot, takes THAT photo! TBH I find Rose so ghastly I rather hope she gets banged up regardless! I cannot see what is behind all this unless it is somehow tied into her mother's death perhaps?
BTW does anyone else think Rose looks a.lot like the actress from Cutting It who played Sarah Parrish's long lost daughter? I couldn't stand her either!!!

Just finished watching last night's. Rose is a piece of work isn't she? And I could not believe the husband was so stupid as to keep responding to her texts....never mind going to meet her at the pub in the first place. I do love these psychological thrillers.

One very good thing last night, when they were texting they printed the texts across the screen rather than showing the phone screens. So clear and easy to read, no need to freeze frame. Excellent.

I can't remember much about Cutting It, but that was "Ruby", wasn't it? - played by Lucy Gaskell (now Mark Bonnar's wife). Rose is played by Molly Windsor. Yes, they do look similar, except Molly's eyes are an icy grey-blue.

That scene on the roof was horrible to watch!
Last one tonight and I am going to miss it as I think it's been excellent. They gave it an interesting twist last night. I actually felt sorry for Rose....but not sorry enough to either like or excuse her.

You're kinder than I am! I felt no sympathy for her whatsoever!

I feel a bit sorry for Rose, though I'm not sure we're supposed to.
I've a feeling the wrong person is going to get blamed for what happened at the end of episode 3.

{SPOILER:Click to Show} My impression was that Leah's father accepted what Rose told him without any proof that it was true. At one stage we saw him and Rose's father walking past each other without any apparent recognition on the part of either and yet they were supposed to have previously met. So....given what Rose is like, maybe she isn't who Leah and family think she is. Just a thought....!
