How lovely is the gatehouse? I would give it 5 stars.
Pat's holiday experiences were varied to say the least. You need a passport to guarantee help "...if you find yourself caught up in a military coup. But to be fair that only happened once".

Just seen the first of the new series and it didn't disappoint. They manage to put such a great concentration of wit, comedy, drama, characterisation and plot into the half-hour - basically it puts most other current tv series to shame.

We planned to binge-watch last night, but my man fell asleep midway through episode 2. I carried on watching that episode, but didn't carry on. I will happily watch it again and carry on with the rest when he is more awake.

TBH they merit repeated viewings anyway - there are always bits that you miss.

According to my newspaper something momentous is going to happen tonight - unfortunately they have spelt out what  I know several/most people have watched the whole series already, but I’ve managed not to. Quite surprised about what’s going to happen… |
