Just watched all four episodes on iPlayer. Haven't watched something like this for a long time, but I really enjoyed it.

It gets better and better.

Yes, I think so. As far as I've noticed the sexual references in Ghosts have been carefully made obvious for adults but quite cryptic for children. Yonderland I think had a few similarly veiled ones.

Loved the ghosts watching Friends - and then needing disc 2.
Capt: "Could this BE any more vexing?"
Consistent high standard with this comedy. Robin's moon ritual was classic.

The use of Friends was very funny, and the Joeyism at the end. I fear I am in a minority of one, but the one ghost I really don't find funny is Robin. Still, one out of so many isn't bad. Having said that, everyone charging round the dinner table was so funny.

I can see that different ghosts appeal to different people. Robin is one of my favourites because he was an unusual choice for a character (whoever heard of a Neanderthal ghost?), but they didn’t leave him as just a one-note joke (as plague girl is so far). There’s his love of chess and the camaraderie he feels with the builders. Last night, when he explained his connection with the moon, I found it quite touching.
Loved the Friends story - and how they all sat on the couch a la Friends at the end.

You aren't. He's my unfavourite too.
I'm finding the show really funny though.

It's a pity there is only one more episode.

I thought we’d discover all their stories before the end.

I just saw that it is marked as Series 1 on the BBC website, hopefully there is a Series 2.

I think it would sell well in other countries. Fingers crossed for series 2.

There are so ,any stories we still don’t know, what happened to Kitty, the poet, the MP ? They can’t tie it all up in one episode.

Great final episode - the ghost pigeon was a nice touch.
And the bones in the plague pit - "oh look Nick, its YOU!"
"How do you know?".
No cop out with hidden treasure or lottery wins so the basic premise remains. Poor Alison trying to find a ghost free home.
I assume there will be a 2nd series, maybe shown pre-watershed?
