Help! Anyone else use OneDrive ... Lost all access today on tablet (Windows10), Laptop (10) and Desktop (7) ... Microsoft suppoort useless. Going round in circles ... Apparently somethings called RC4 has been disabled in the US O
With everything else going on for me at the moment, losing access to all my photos is somethin I didn't need!

Looking on Google, there have been a few problems in recent days, so it may just correct itself.
As it is affecting 3 different devices, it is obvious there is nothing you have done,my one suggestion is to try signing out on one device, then back in again, and see if that makes a difference

I use Onedrive. Just checked and it's working fine for me. I keep myself permanently logged in, so I tested logging out & in again - still fine. This was on a desktop PC, if that makes a difference.

Thanks for that ... as I said Microsoft support was useless ... sending me round in circles, even the email link to onedrive support resulted in the same message ... I'll try the logging in and out on the desktp PC and see if that works. Will report back after I have been to see a friend whose daughter died yesterday ...barely a month after her husband! Some people get so much it hardly seems fair.

Reporting back as promised ... Logging out and logging in made no difference but was able to access the files on the tablet so I can transfer them to a usb drive ... Also able to download the app onto my new Android phone! So accessing the photos that way! Will see how long it takes Microsoft to wake up to the problem this time!
