I dont know if this is going to tour but it would make quite a jolly evening out. It wasn't a great show though IMHO, just about delivering. I did ask one member of the group her opinion as we were leaving and she just said "dreadful", someone left at the interval and two others didnt like it, but then I was surprised they came being the more cerebral members!
Apart from Ashley Roberts, who I thought was out of tune and not particularly funny as dorky waitress Dawn, I didnt know anyone else but the lead was Lucie Jones who I believe has X factor credentials - could be wrong - and Marisha Wallace who used to be in Dreamgirls, but then that was a show most of us disliked.
A lot of the audience were very enthusiastic though so it definitely has appeal. It was definitely funny in places and the singing was mostly good. But I am with those critics who gave it a maximum of three stars. This outing may not have been helped by severe train issues at Waterloo meaning I had to broil on the Tube to get there so my mood was pretty poor!!!

I've only heard the song She Used to Be Mine, which I love. I first saw it when it was sung at the Tony Awards a few years ago. I've recently heard a male version of the song by Jeremy Jordan which is lovely and still works. But that's all.
