I have watched four episode of this and must say it is brilliant. The acting and writing is outstanding. It is based on a true story and, although the subject matter is harrowing, it is worth watching.

Is it gory and violent, Pearl? I did think about watching it but the blurb put me off.

I enjoyed it. Toni Collette is always good value and its an interesting change to have two women play the investigating detectives who interview the rape victim, an the moral dilemma they must both struggle with when having to charge her with filing a false report when they begin to discover evidence she may have been lying...or was she???

It isn't at all gory and so far there is only violence implied. It is so well acted by all concerned.

I’ve just finished watching this.
An amassing true story that has been done in a very sensitive way, with no graphic detail. The core of this is the detective work, from the bad to the very good and one main story that centres it all.
A must see drama, highly recommended.
