I think the only problem may be with images not loading. But most sites do support https so there shouldn't be too many of those.
If anyone has problems, me and Geoff will try but neither of us are experts in this stuff. You can visit the Support board yourself via the link in Geoff's post.

Having dutyfully read through,to the very end,Geoff's link ,more than ever I really need to wind down my infrequent use of the internet. 'tis getting more Greek than ever to me in my dotage ? !!!! Best wishes to all here and I'll still be reading .......as far as I can

It will be fine, Fiona. I doubt you will notice any changes other than the odd image being missing. It's not going to affect you very much.

The site is now https, you will see a padlock next to the url.
Quick flick through,and l can't see any difference, but if anyone notices anything amiss then please say so.

I changed my shortcut link to the https version some weeks ago and have been using it since then - haven't noticed any problems at all.
