There are two spin-offs, Chicago PD and Chicago Med. All three are great viewing and I love the way characters from all three end up in all the programmes.

I LOVE Chicago Fire, I thought it was even better than PD. I saw series 1 on Pick but now it is on 5USA of course so I do hope that between them we get a Freeview airing of series 2. I like it when the Fire actors pop up in the bar in PD!
I haven't seen Med but if it ever comes to Freeview I shall be there!!!

It was fairly crying out when 'PD' featured the shooting of an African American youth by a police officer, in the episode 'Justice', that a new spin-off ('Chicago Law'?) was on the cards. Now we have 'Chicago Justice', which I'm sure will become the fourth emergency service (after Will Halstead's hair dresser)... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago_(franchise) |

There doesn't appear to be a thread for Chicago Med, so I'll just leave this here.
The third season of Chicago Med will receive its UK premiere on Universal Channel on Sunday November 26th at 9pm.

I enjoy this. I've sort of given up on Grey's Anatomy since McDreamy left so this has taken over. Huffstadt is my fave😊

Now that the 'Fire' and 'PD' parts of the latest crossover have finally aired, we can watch the first episode of 'Justice' (which we've had sitting in out Sky box for what seems like months, due to it being aired to the UK on a different channel.
So I just checked the franchise link above, out of curiosity, and I see 'Justice' managed just one season, with Antonio Dawson heading back to 'PD'!

That episode of Chicago Fire and Chicago PD (with a bit of Chicago Med for good measure) was harrowing but good viewing.
