Is anyone watching this? I tried the first two episodes and gave up simply because I can hardly understand a word anyone is saying because the actors all seem to belong to the "mumble, mumble" school of acting, quite apart from the fact that what dialogue there is, seems to be about financial dealings that are totally incomprehensible. The programme seems to have attracted a great deal of attention because of the explicit sex scenes between men and women, women and women and men and men and the full fromtal nudity. No doubt that if I tried to continue with the programme, the writers would come up with more combinations. Oh, and before anyone asks, I have tried to put up the subtitles and they just won't appear.

I seem to use subtitles a lot more these days. I thought at first it was just the BBC, but I have to do it on others channels as well sometimes so I decided it must be me.

I use subtitles on iplayer. When you pause the picture you get three little boxes on the left hand side. One is the play arrow, next is i which you press for info and the third is s for subtitles.

I can get subtitles for Industry on iPlayer (though they don't make the programme any better!). It's slightly different on my desktop PC from watching on TV via my Amazon Fire TV stick. You have to start playing the programme (having skipped past any trailers) then it's on the playback menu bar underneath the picture - S icon bottom left on Fire TV stick, square bubble bottom right on PC. www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/help/questions/accessibility/using-subtitles
