It was quite meh. The three leads were equally unpleasant. I think seeking out the original (which I remember enjoying) is a good idea.
But the house is lovely.

I decided to form my own opinion of it when I was given the opportunity to watch it. It was really odd, is all I can say. I wouldn't recommend it.
