I watched it hoping that it would be an absorbing drama. It wasn't.
He did call the police but was told that it wasn't an emergency but it turned out to be on in the end and we'll never know what happened to him.
Bad plot, bad direction and extremely irritating the sound of the mobile 'phone. conversations.
Disappointed.

I am only six minutes in and I am already confused. Is he a municipal employee tasked with just operating the system, or a private security guard tasked with looking for crime? Also, how could he speak to his friend Lee through the system when Lee was on the street? Does his voice boom out of the camera? Am I really watching Person of Interest?
So a bit further in and apparently he can communicate through the cameras! Does that really happen.? I think I would have a bit of a fit if someone started talking to me! But I am going off him as I disapprove of him using the CCTV to watch his family without telling them.
I gave up! The "lads" were revolting scum and he was stupid to get involved. I just FF to the end and I have to say I rather hoped he was tooled up when he got out of the car! Sadly not.

I think some places have CCTV where the operator can talk out of a speaker to help disperse thugs or to help people etc .....
It was ridiculous

God, can you imagine being in a state of mental distress and this voice booms out of nowhere saying "Are you alright, love?". It could tip you over the edge. "I'm hearing voices now!!! I really AM mad!"
