The trailer made this look pretty tacky but it's actually really interesting.
5 amateur artists do a life drawing and one of them is the model every day. And then the model picks the one they like and then the judges pick their favourite from those to win £1000.
It's interesting because you can see how they develop over a week. They are obviously having to bubble together and they are rubbing off on each other. So by the end of the week, their art has completely changed. And they learn what each other likes so know more what to paint than they do the first day. And for an ologist of human nature, it's fascinating. You can tell who likes each other and who rubs each other the wrong way. And who gets on the judge's nerves too! It's worth a catch up if you can.

This was shown on Gogglebox last night. I have watched some of it. Interesting to see how differently people interpret things. It's a bit like Portrait Artist on SKY Arts.

By crikey, they are rubbish this week! One of them has never drawn people from life. WTF? How did she get on this programme? Well ... actually I have a good idea how she did. She's white, small, pretty and bubbly. Which pretty much qualifies you to be on any TV programme. She's certainly no artist.
