Tonight (30th) at 9 pm.
We meet Reece Oliver who likes to sit in his hot tub looking at his animals, which in this case are lions, also a couple with a menagerie made up of scrap iron for their big cats. I can't understand why people want to keep exotic animals as pets. These are wild creatures, they should be living free, or in properly run Zoos. It should be interesting viewing.

That was certainly an eyeopener. Reece Oliver is apparently an International Showjumper. He clearly loves his big cats, but there isn't enough room for them to walk around. He also has wallabys, and Mumble a penguin. Yes a single penguin. These creatures are used to living in large groups. Reece allows his lion to lick his face. the cat is probably seeing if Reece is good enough to eat. Reece is also single, and lives in Nottinghamshire with his mum. Says it all, really. The only animal keeper I liked was an ex circus performer, who kept big cats, and small primates which he used for TV and film work. He even had a 'green screen' cage. The animals would do their stuff, then it would be digitally imposed onto the film. He respected the cats, and never called them 'pets'. Apparently anyone in Britain can get a Zoo Licence.
Next week we meet a man who has 36 snakes, a crocodile owner, and find out what happens when wild cats escape.
