I've been watching this daily and found it very interesting. It's presented by likeable and knowledgeable Singaporean Peter Lee, travelling to modern day Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia & Indonesia. He has a go at some time-honoured techniques (with variable success!).
All 4 episodes are repeated one after the other on PBS America tomorrow Sat 8 May, starting at 1.35pm (and again at 11.00pm).
