Yes, I like her better than the original Belgian mother. However, the Belgian secretary has a bigger role and it’s a shame that hasn’t transferred over. Still they are doing stories in one hour episodes rather than two so I guess something had to give. There are also fewer surreal flights of fancy.

Enjoyed it. And his mother is becoming more and more interesting as the series progresses. I think she doesn’t want Jasper to have therapy in case he remembers what actually happened to his father. I’m wondering if she killed him and made it look like suicide, although, would she be strong enough? Maybe she had a lover. Who knows? |

Who on earth designed this courtroom? This series is supposed to be set in England! I know they film the interiors of (nearly every) UK series abroad these days, but it does tick me off when they make no effort to emulate the UK. Like that palm tree festooned suburb of Leeds some months back on C5.

Yeah, Ben Miller in RT a couple of weeks back said a lot of exterior scenes were filmed in Cambridge (difficult to fake) but a lot of interior scenes were filmed in Belgium.
