The UK version of Call My Agent! is now available on Amazon Prime. I think the French original is on Netflix.
I didn’t find episode 1 all that funny I must say but the original is supposed to be terrific. Mind you the guest star here was Kelly Macdonald, an actress who I find to be a bit miserable! The main agency star is Jack Davenport.

I wondered whether to try it, haven't done so yet.
I see the French original has 4 series, with a fifth now coming after originally saying there wouldn't be any more. Everyone seems to make their own version - India, Italy, Korea, Turkey.

I've watched it all now and really enjoyed it. It mostly isn't laugh-out-loud funny but I found it highly entertaining. Hope there's a second series.

I find it very, very similar to, but not as funny as, W1A, by the same writer. Now that was a very funny show but it seems a bit of a rip off to copy all those speech mannerisms and even characters because one is a dead ringer for the Olivia Colman character.

I notice one of the letters in the latest RT says the same. I didn't notice the similarities to W1A, probably due to failing memory! - and I hardly remember Olivia Colman in it. She only had one brief appearance I think, reprising her role from Twenty Twelve (same writer again), which is a series I didn't see so wasn't familiar with her character.

Well I suppose you could say the same about W1A and 2012, 😂😂. I didn’t mind it so much between those shows!
