I was looking forward to this and I enjoyed it even though it was nothing like I expected. Emilia Fox is good in the main role and, as she's Executive Producer, she got to be James Bond! I think it may have been an ambition that she knows she can't fulfill so thought 'sod it, I'll do my own version!' The rest of the cast are good too. Especially the Capitano. Mmmmmm.....
It's set in Perugia and they use the warm palette for Italy and cold for London to really emphasise the contrast. It's very warming to watch, like DiP.
It's not bingable though. Acorn seem to like the old fashioned way.
