This is an interesting new drama on Acorn
It's set in Karoo in South Africa. It's about a Scottish woman with a past who works on a local paper as an advice columnist. It starts out like a typical cozy but it's really dark underneath. It deals with DV and police indifference.
It's also interesting being set in SA, mainly cos very few dramas come here from there.
Acorn are very good at this kind of crime fiction. Worth the sub to see something different from every other channel.
